Weigh-ins for LFC4: Resurrection!

The weigh-ins for Legacy Fighting Championships 4: Resurrection are tonight (June 19, 2008) at the International Hotel in downtown Calgary. I would like to invite everyone down to the hotel at 7pm to watch Max Dalsin weigh in for his fight tomorrow against Nathan Gunn! The more people we get to show up, cheering, the better!

EDIT: As Dan points out in the comments, Max made weight easily at 169lbs! Great job, Max!  Max's opponent, Nathan Gunn (Thunder Bay, ON) also made weight, coming in at 168lbs. Both fighters passed their medical examinations and the fight is on!

Emergent Fighting Arts Partners with Stenia Health and High Performance

Emergent Fighting has forged a new relationship with strength and conditioning coach Kelsey Andries and Stenia Health and High Performance. Stenia has become the strength and conditioning consultant for Emergent. Owner Kelsey Andries will personally evaluate Emergent fighters and create individualized workout regimes to help fighters prepare for upcoming bouts.

In order to provide easier access to a well rounded program, there have been some changes made to the training schedule. Here is the schedule, starting May 5, 2008.
