NOTICE TEAM MEMBERS: New workouts this Sunday!

Hey folks,

There is no wrestling this Sunday, but we will receive our next programs from Stenia Health/Kelsey. This will happen at 10am, but we're not sure where yet. It will either be the U of C where we have been the last couple of times, or at Pro Bodies in Marda Loop. We'll confirm the location tomorrow.

Please come, even if you're not at the point where you'd be changing programs. You can see the explanation of how to do the next workout in the series for when you are ready for the change.

Let me know if you have any questions!
